He was predeceased by: his parents, Viateur Fortin and Theresa Fortin (Perreault); his brother Guy Fortin; and his stepmother Rita Fortin. He is survived by: his wife Kim Fortin (Baker) of Goffstown, NH; his children, Michael Fortin (Morgan McCabe) of Concord, NH and Taylor Paquette (Steven) of Goffstown, NH; his grandchildren, Lillian and Samuel; and his siblings, Richard Fortin of Vermont, Mark Fortin (Sandra) of Arizona, Marcel Fortin of Vermont, Cecile Gaboriault (Claude) of Vermont, Irene Fortin of Vermont, Agnes St. Laurent of Florida, Rachel Twofoot (Keith) of Vermont and Annette Cross (Steve) of Vermont. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
