He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (Frizzell); his son Michael; his grandson Patrick Lane; and his half-sister Bonnie Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Brien (Newhall); and his son David (Teri). He is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jellison Funeral Home (25 Concord St, Peterborough, NH 03458).
