She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Benway of Marlborough, MA and Katherine Mary Benway (McGee) of Bartlett, NH.; her former husband Gardner Chapple; and her brothers, William Benway, Edmund "Timer" Benway and Frederic Benway.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Marcotte of Groveton, NH and Alan Chapple of Manchester, NH; her sister Roze Rich of Colebrook, NH; her sister-in-law Juanita Benway (Fred); her nieces, Robin Fernald of Manchester, NH and Heather Boivin (Marc) of Fayetteville, NC; her granddaughter Lily Truth Devlin; her great-niece Felicia Wickes (Andrew); her great-nephew Cody Fernald (Taylor); Katie Epperson (Floyd).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Armstrong-Charron Funeral Home (100 State St, Groveton, NH 03582). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Northumberland Cemetery (334 Lancaster Rd, Northumberland, NH 03582).
