He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Barbara Kelly (Huff); his son Daniel M. Kelly; and his brother Edward Kelly, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy T "Dotty" Kelly (DeVeer); his daughter Kathleen A.; and his son-in-law John Biagiotti of Billerica, MA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
