She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Wainwright O'Brien and Leslie Burton O'Brien; and her husband Richard C. Gavette. She is survived by: her children, Todd C. Gavette of Hampton, NH and Nancy Gavette Scanlon of Newington, CT; her granddaughters, Stephanie Scanlon and Kristin Scanlon (Ben Pheonix) of Newington, CT; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Samantha and Joyanna; her sister-in-law Barbara Hentz of Southington, CT; Charles M. Scanlon of Newington, CT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
