He is survived by: his son Rolf Carlson; his sisters, Kristine Heaton (Andrew) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Kathleen Daley (Jeff) of Naples, FL; his father Nicholas Macenas; his stepmother Linda Macenas; his grandmother Louise Carlson; his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Andrew III, Abigail, Brianna, Kristina, Annabelle and Thomas; Leslie Carlson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
