Slack (McCarthy); his brothers, Steven Slack (Kris) of Salem, NH and James Slack (Cheryl (Simard)) of Methuen, MA.; his children, Kelly M. Slack (David C. Slack) of Methuen, MA and Cameron D. Slack of Hampton, NH; his nieces, Kristen Rennie (Bill), Amanda Brooks (Jamie) and Courtney Regis-McGee (Christopher); and his great-nieces, Gracyn E. Cunningham, Anna Rose and Ellie Grace Brooks.
