She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Perkins and Marjorie Perkins (Davies); her significant other Michael Rozetti; and her sister Judy Perkins Gruden. She is survived by: her siblings, Alan Perkins (Dale), David Perkins (Patty Ryan Perkins) and Cheryl Perkins; her niece Tiffany Kirk; and her nephew Brandon Ryan-Perkins.
