He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harvey and Myrtle Harvey (Tibbetts); and his wife Rita (Pellegrini). He is survived by: his children, Ellen Harvey, Karen Zirkle (Robert), David Harvey, Thomas Harvey (Susan), Paul Harvey (Patti) and Jean; his grandchildren, Kali Constantine (Peter), Emma Lantzy (Ryan), Miranda, Catherine, Isabella, Jeremy, Adelina, Madeline and Michael Harvey; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Margot Lantzy; his sister Sharon Beane (Sherwin); and his sister-in-law Christine Powers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
