Denise leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Denise’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Denise will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis F. McCarthy and Alice G. McCarthy (Redmond); and her sister Karen McCarthy. She is survived by: her siblings, Kevin McCarthy (Jen) of Lawrence, MA, Brian (Cathy McCarthy) of Haverhill, MA. and June Blake of Sanbornton, NH. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
A wake was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. - Lawrence (122 Amesbury St, Lawrence, MA 01841). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Robert Ballermine Parish (198 Haggetts Pond Rd, Andover, MA 01810). A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Saint Mary's Cemetery Tewksbury Ma Cemetery (90 River Rd, Tewksbury, MA 01876).
