He was predeceased by: his parents, Toribio Chavez and Zoila Carmen Chavez (Moreira); and his brother Salvador Chavez. He is survived by: his wife Isabel Chavez (Silva) of Hampton, NH; his children, Tanya Chavez (Craig Lesage) of Hampton, NH and Ryan Chavez (Joleen) of Dracut; his grandchildren, Alina, Avery and Andrew Chavez; his siblings, Zoila Greenlay (Lance) of Haverhill, Ramona Chavez of Tyngsboro and Kleber Chavez (Jeannette) of Dracut; and his sister-in-law Santy Chavez of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
