She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wilbur and Geraldine Wilbur (Pevear). She is survived by: her husband Richard T. DeCosta; her sons, Richard J. DeCosta (Valerie) of Franklin, MA and Timothy T. DeCosta (Paige Tinkham) of Hampton, NH.; her granddaughters, Lucille and Margaret DeCosta; and her siblings, Stephen Wilbur (Janice) of Hampton, NH, Karen Ardagna (Paul) of Rochester, NH and Kenneth Wilbur (Lori) of North Hampton, NH.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and close friends.
