It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis E. Payson (Hampton, New Hampshire), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 13, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Payson and Irene Payson (Dion); and his sister Kathleen Wagner. He is survived by: his significant other Rosann Manock Payson (Fram) of Hampton; his daughters, Karen Hannan of Lowell, MA, Cynthia Desjardins of Haverhill, MA, Michelle DesRoches of Lowell, Jackie Boggiatti of Atkinson and Karrie Delgavio of Danville; and his friend Gary Smith of Hampton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a veterans charity of ones choice.
