He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Col. James Reed and Willie Kathryn Cranford (Snead); his wife Carol Cranford (Baker); his sons, J. Mark Cranford (Beth) of Hampton, NH, David Cranford (Susan) of Princeton, MA and Brian Cranford of Breckenridge, CO; his grandchildren, Ben, Sam, Abbey and Sophia; his brother W. Mac Cranford (Becky) of Palm Desert, CA; his sister-in-law Barbara Cranford of Bryn Mawr, PA; and his brother John Cranford. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
