We announce the death of Judith Phyllis Mills of Hampton, New Hampshire, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 6, 2026, at the age of 78. Judith will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy H. Chamberlin and Phyllis R. Chamberlin (Taylor); her brother Richard Q. Chamberlin, Sr.; and her father-in-law William "Bud" J. Mills, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John "Jackie" M. Mills; her mother-in-law Mary Mills; her siblings-in-law, William Mills III, Susan Stevens, Patricia, Robert Hauser, Carole Mills, Jeanne, Gene Grindlinger, Lauren and Arthur Higgins; and her friends, Richard and Linda Shannon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
