He was predeceased by: his parents, Germaine Cote and Elphege Cote; and his daughter Kerry Cote. He is survived by: his wife Denise Cote (Barringer); his sister Suzanne Sullivan (Cote); and his children, Stephanie Kelly, Jennifer Gordon and Keith Barringer. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Phil's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
