He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Oscar" Sanborn and Marie Sanborn (Donohoe); and his sister Carolyn Frye (Sanborn). He is survived by: his wife Frances Sanborn (O'Connell); his children, Ron Jr. (Kerry), Jennifer (Dave LaClair) and Matthew (Viviana); and his sister Rita Oatman (Dale).
