She is survived by: her parents, Sylvania E. Maddock of Hampton and Marvin E. Fields of Goldsboro, NC; her stepfather Charles Lonowski of Grand Island, NE.; her daughters, Samantha Shada and Sage Angel; and her close friend John Angel.
