He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Stengl Cone; his children, Nadine Guerin (Chaz) and William Cone III (Melanie); his brother James Cone (Lori); his grandchildren, Melanie Guerin Uher (Nate), Matthew Guerin (Olivia), William IV, Benjamin and Martin Cone; and his great grandchild Elliot Uher.
