He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Thayer and Mary Thayer (O'Gara); and his sister Judith Thayer. He is survived by: his wife Pam Thayer of Harrisville; his son Quinn Thayer of Harrisville; his siblings, Maureen Fitch of Windham, VT, John Thayer (Caroline) of Marlow, James Thayer (Belinda) of Hartwell, GA and Chris Thayer (Eileen) of Stoddard; and his extended family Hamshaw. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
