He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughter Athena (Evan Gould); his grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Jon, Nevaeh, Hailey, Cooperlyne, Kameron, Alyse and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Blakely; and his brothers, Rick (Jeri) and Jeff (Debbie). He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
