He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Blake and Phyllis Blake (Jollata); and his brother James Blake. He is survived by: his wife Mary-Ellen Blake of West Fairlee, VT; his sons, Jonathan Blake (Gloria) of West Fairlee, VT and Robert Blake of Fairlee, VT; and his grandchildren, Kailey and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
