She was predeceased by : her parents, Chalon Mitchell and Bessie Mitchell (Evans); and her siblings, Colman, Denzil, Earl, Ira, Chalon Mitchell, Beverly Mitchell and Dorothy Hatch.

She is survived by : her husband James Elliott Sr. of Benton, NH; her children, James Elliott Jr. (Belinda) of North Haverhill, NH, Jeffery Elliott Sr. (Katrina) of Benton, NH, Mark Elliott (Michelle) of Benton, NH and Juanita Belyea (David) of Crestview, FL; and her sisters, Arleen Reed of Ghent, NY, Marion Bowman of Keene, NH and Jean Roy of Woodsville, NH. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
