It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Dawkins of Haverhill, New Hampshire, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel W. Grant and Catherine Grant (Denney); her husband Frank P. Dawkins, Jr.; her daughter Colleen "Kelly" Lavigne; her grandson Lyndon; her siblings, David F. Grant and Marianne Dow; and her sister-in-law Carol Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Dawkins of Hyannis, MA, Cyndi (Michael Casey) and Jody (Steven Cicchese); her son-in-law Ronald (Patti Lavigne) of Port Charlotte, FL; her siblings, Daniel W. "Bud" Grant, Jr. of Atkinson, NH, Sheila (John Murphy), Linda (Robert Murphy) and Sharon (John Maloney); her grandchildren, Catherine, Cameron (Mary Katherine), Patrick (Nicole), Alec, Brett, Brendan (Caitlan), Jessica (Garrett), Erin, Shauna and Shannon; and her great grandchildren, Allison, Kaleb and Kole. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home (116 Main St, Plaistow, NH 03865). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Saint James Cemetery (360 Primrose St, Haverhill, MA 01830).
