He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Barnard and Barbara Barnard (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Watts; his children, Tracey Steenbergen (Andrew), Kelli Bolcato (Joseph), Jenna Bard (Edmund) and Matthew Barnard (Bridget); his siblings, Ann White and Alan Barnard; and his grandchildren, Jason Steenbergen, Sarah Steenbergen, Bianca Van Winkle, Brianna Bolcato, Mason Bard, Isaac Barnard and Elliot Barnard. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mayhew Funeral Home (12 Langdon St, Plymouth, NH 03264). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Village Cemetery (10 Church Ln, Hebron, NH 03241).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hebron Firefighters Association, 37 Groton Road, Hebron, NH 03241.
