He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julie; his daughters, Lari Hayhoe (Pat) and Amy Jones (Dan); his grandchildren, Nick (Chelsea), Beau, Olivia Hayhoe, Billy (Olivia), Tyler Townes, Hayden Jones and Chelsea Roberts; his great grandchildren, Charlie, George, Margaret, Penny Hayhoe, Phoebe Townes, Fiona and Josie Roberts; his sister Kirklyn Kline; his nephews, Kevin (Cindy) and Kirk Eikelberger; his great-nephew Riley Eikelberger; and his parents, Kirk Middlekauff and Catherine Middlekauff (Munson).
