He was predeceased by: his wife Constance E. Kelley (McGinley); his parents, Owen F. Kelley and Grace Kelley (Martine); and his siblings, Francis Kelley, Muriel McInnis and Walter P. Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Martine E. (Gary R. Weber) of Hooksett, Michael O. (Laura Kelley) of Standish, Nicole M. (Michael Mondello) of Dracut and Valerie A. Kelley (Robert Mondello) of Windham; his brother Kevin O. (Geraldine Kelley) of Andover; his brother-in-law Thomas Cobb of Charlestown; and his grandchildren, Owen, Siobhan, Declan, Samantha, Daniel, Melody, Kasey, Robert and Grace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home (390 N Main St, Andover, MA 01810). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
