She was predeceased by: her son Andrew; her grandchildren, Shayna Purdy, Chloe Abbott, Allison Abbott and Chase Abbott; and her parents, Doris Klimauskas and Witold Klimauskas.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Slattery; her daughters, Jennifer Forzese (James) and Julie Abbott (Chris); and her brother Wayne Klimauskas.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goundrey Dewhirst Funeral Home and Cremation Service (42 Main St, Salem, NH 03079). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (40 Main St, Salem, NH 03079).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the March of Dimes P.O. Box 5141 Boone, IA 50950, or an organization of one's passion.
