He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurent Gauvin and Rose Alba Gauvin (Bergeron); and his brothers, Roger, Fernand and Norbert Gauvin.
He is survived by: his wife Lyanne L. Gauvin (Desrochers); his children, Kiersten Hall (Bradford), Keith Gauvin (Robin), Kathryn Shipley (Christopher) and Karalyn Gauvin (Ken MacIntosh); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Emma, Grace, Isabelle, Rory, Asher, Eleni, Daphne and Maizy.
