He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine "Kitty" Balch; his parents, Harold Balch and Elizabeth Balch (Mulholland); and his sisters, Joan Nolan (Franklin) and Barbara Ingari (John).
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Roman (Timothy) of Walpole, MA, Diane Ventresca (Marco) of Nashua, NH, Katie Harris (Keith) of Pepperell, MA and Andrew Balch (Christy) of Manchester, NH.; and his grandchildren, Alexander Ventresca (Meghan), Benjamin Harris, Olivia Balch (Anthony), Zachary Ventresca (Kate), Ethan Harris, Hayden Balch, Jason Roman and Emily Roman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Parish of the Resurrection (449 Broad St, Nashua, NH 03063). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Parish of the Resurrection Starts (449 Broad St, Nashua, NH 03063).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Elks National Foundation.
