He was predeceased by: his stepdaughters, Carole Malizia-Jordan and Diane Malizia. He is survived by: his wife Anita Slusarczyk; his children, Steven Slusarczyk, David Slusarczyk and Marie Gibeley (Robert); his stepson Steve Malizia (Deanne); and his sister Lorraine LoKuta. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and his three great-grandchildren.
