He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Toth and Mary Toth (Kontz); his grandchild Taylor Root; and his siblings, Mary, George, Margaret and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Toth (Paquin); his children, Linda Smith (Robert) of Nashua, Cynthia Bromley (Eric) of New Ipswich, Theresa Root (Michael) of Nashua, Sandra Skinner (John) of Mansfield, MA and Robert "Bob" Toth of Wilton; his grandchildren, Kerrie Caron (Nicholas), Kelly Gilpatrick (Michael), Elizabeth Dellogono, Katherine Bromley, Connor Root (Taylor), Michael Root (Madeline), Jennifer Campbell (Cameron), Allison Skinner (Marisa), Danielle Skinner and Emily Trimble (Locke); his sister Leona McDonald of Everett, MA; and his brother-in-law Roger Lacoste of Hopewell Jct. He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (777 W Hollis St, Nashua, NH 03062). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Church (777 W Hollis St, Nashua, NH 03062).
