Katherine Balch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Balch of Hudson, New Hampshire, who passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Dzioba and Catherine Dzioba (Holmaka); and her siblings, Andrew (Elsie), Helen McLaughlin (Edmund), Frances Kozak (Matthew) and Mary Pace (Walter).
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Deborah Roman (Timothy) of Walpole, MA, Diane Ventresca (Marco) of Nashua, Katie Harris (Keith) of Pepperell, MA and Andrew Balch (Christy) of Manchester; and her grandchildren, Alexander Ventresca (Meghan), Benjamin Harris, Olivia Balch (Anthony), Zachary Ventresca (Kate), Ethan Harris, Hayden Balch, Jason Roman and Emily Roman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Parish of the Resurrection Church (449 Broad St, Nashua, NH 03063). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Community Hospice House-Gardens 210 Naticook Road , Merrimack, NH 03054.
