He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Briggs and Catherine Senecal Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Debby Elwell Briggs; his son Jeffrey Briggs; and his brothers, Dan of Bennington, VT. and Kevin Briggs of Bennington, VT.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
