He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Phillips and Mae Phillips (Allen); his wife Christina Phillips; his children, Joshua (Jessica), Jarod and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Dustin, Zoey, Thomas and Riley; his siblings, Kim, Kathy and Kami; his cousins, Sam and Laura; and his mother-in-law Carol. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
