He was predeceased by : his daughter McKenzie Robin Lowe; his wife Dianne Lowe (Clarke); his siblings, Robert Lowe, Jr., Sally Ratte and Robin Mullin; and his brother-in-law Tom Bovill, Sr..

He is survived by : his daughter Casey Meehan (Lowe); his son-in-law Joe; his grandchildren, Mason Robert and Lillian Grace; his siblings, Barbara Bovill, Sheila Sullivan and Norman; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Lowe, Doris Lowe, Laurie Allain, W. Spencer Mullin, Bill Sullivan, James Clarke and Jeff Allain; his close friend Bill Dillon; and also Joyce Desjardins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
