She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle David and Gail. She is survived by: her children, Kassie Anderson (Mike), Joe Sullivan (Litteera), Ryan Sullivan (Lauren) and Kara Sullivan (Tyler); her grandchildren, Dylan Connor and Mariah Anderson; her sister Terri David; her son Cody; and her former husband Kevin Sullivan (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and members of her extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Happy Tails Pet Rescue (https://www.happytailspetrescue.org) of Hudson, NH, where Sandy adopted her two beloved cats.
