Leach (James B. Leach) of San Francisco, CA, Patricia W. Bennett (David H. Bennett) of Bayview, ID and John B. Hazleton, Jr. of Vernal, UT; his nephew John B. Hazleton, III of Orlando, FL; his nieces, Anastacia Maggioncalda (Steven) of San Rafael, CA and Amy Harris (Kyle); and his sisters, Kristen Marble (John) of Indianapolis, IN and Kathryn Anderson (Aaron) of Wenatchee, WA.
Ervin's brain has been donated to the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center in order to further research on Lewy Body Dementia and other brain diseases.
