Gretchen Ann Poole Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 29, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Gretchen Ann Poole of Jaffrey, New Hampshire. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Gretchen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gretchen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Loren Wohlwend and Ernastina Wohlwend (Haas); and her children, Mary Hannon (Covey), Michael Covey, Maureen Covey and Robert Covey. She was also cherished by children, Wendy leaves behind grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
