Webber of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, born in Peterborough, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Albert A. Quinn. She is survived by: her mother Ruth E. Quinn (Fish); her husband Andrew L. Webber of Jaffrey; and her brothers, David Quinn (Betty) of Manchester, NH, James Quinn (Carolyn) of Temple and Paul C. Quinn of Temple. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Ruth's family has requested that memorial contributions be made in her name to the The Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, 54 Portsmouth Street, Concord, NH 03301.
