He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth'Betty'Johnson; his brother Eric Johnson; his sister-in-law Kim Johnson (Boarts) of Pittsburgh, PA; his cousin JoAnn Hiti of Danvers, MA; and his friends, Hai Swinehart and Jeff Osgood. He is also survived by his family, friends.
