As Eleanor Phyllis departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Eleanor Phyllis. Though Eleanor Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Pregent and Beatrice Pregent (Everard); her spouse Thomas Blake; her siblings, Geraldine and Keene; and her son-in-law Robert Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Cook (Rick) of State College, PA, Eugene (Linda) of Methuen, MA, David (Patty) of Francestown, NH and Kathryn (Heather) of Altoona, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
