She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellsworth Whitehouse and Alice Larson Whitehouse; her siblings, Jeanette Hahn and Frederick Whitehouse; and her grandson Justin Mack.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea A. Sawyer (Sheldon) of Walpole, Arthur H. Chickering III of Westmoreland, Alison M. Chickering of Walpole and Charles S. Chickering of Walpole; her grandchildren, Adam Welch, Hanna Welch (Vincent Madore), Joanne Chickering (Ken Leach), Chelsey Croteau, Jessica Chickering and Suzanne Chickering; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Afton, Merritt and Margaret. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
