He is survived by: his sons, Stephen of Walpole, N. H. and Geoffrey (Geraldine); and his grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Dan), Keene, Rebeccah Bashaw (Dave), Charlestown, Geoffrey Ide (Samantha), N. Walpole, Stephanie of Alabama, Michelle Nicholas (Brent) of Sullivan and Michael Zawistoski of Bellows Falls, VT.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or The Monadnock Humane Society.
