He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Esther Miller (Wagner); and his daughter Ainsley Aldrich (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Sally Dunn; and his children, Chris Miller and Stacy Miller. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
