She was predeceased by: her sister Bonnie. She is survived by: her husband James Boutwell; her sons, William (Andrea), Steven (Trisha) and Scott (Shannon); and her siblings, Gail, Nancy, Pam and Brian. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
