With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Patrick Donahue of Keene, New Hampshire, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Michael left this world on November 11, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Donahue and Catherine Donahue (Croake); his wife Cynthia Donahue of Mary's Catholic Church; and his brother Jack Donahue. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Donahue (Kristen) and Caitlin Newell; his grandchildren, Chase Donahue and Magdalen Newell; and his sister Fran Ducharme.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cheshire Family Funeral Home (44 Maple Ave, Keene, NH 03431). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard Church (185 Main St, Keene, NH 03431).
