He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Minard and Charlotte E. Minard (Heath). He is survived by: his children, Scott A. Hall and Annmarie Colvin; and his siblings, Michael Heath of Keene, Robert Minard of Harrisville, NH, Donna Trafagander and Mary Minard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monadnock View Cemetery, Park (499 Park Ave, Keene, NH 03431).
