It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Ann Higgins of Keene, New Hampshire, born in Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Merton C. Tefft and Esther M. Tefft (Berge); and her former life partner Joseph A. Higgins, Sr.. She is survived by : her stepchildren, Joseph Higgins, III (Karen) of Hampton, Michael Higgins (Liz) of North Hampton and Kathi Taylor (Lee) of Kensington; her cousins, Linda Brooks Brown and Henry "Butch" Brown of Keene; and her stepgrandchildren, Tanya, Katrina Higgins of Hampton, Jacob, Andrew Higgins of North Hampton, Morgan King (Zachary) of Hampton, Karsan, Garrett Taylor of Kensington, Olivia and Kaden King.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the New Hampshire SPCA, 104 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH 03885, or.
