Though Walter may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian Welch and Walter Welch Jr.; and his wife Edna. He was also cherished by granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Home (33 Marlboro St, Keene, NH 03431). The military honors was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Village Cemetery.
